This coaching package is recommended for Indian residents and newly-arrived immigrants wishing to develop a comprehensive, individualised job-search strategy to secure work within the Australian workplace. It has been specifically designed to increase levels of confidence and skill in your ability to find and negotiate suitable employment. This package includes 6 coaching sessions and an individualised coaching plan. Available face-to-face in Melbourne or via Skype.

We have extensive experience in preparing resumes and cover letters, and understand the selection criteria for various industries within both the public and private sectors.

INTERVIEWING SKILLS

This package includes 4 coaching and interview role-playing sessions, using industry- based, competency skills questioning. Available face-to-face in Melbourne or via Skype.

  • One on one ‘live’ role playing experience with a professional who, over the past 20 years, has interviewed and selected hundreds of candidates within various sectors and industries.
  • Honest and open feedback regarding how you performed during the role playing sessions and the likelihood of being shortlisted for the next interview

ADDRESSING TRANSITION
